You didn't mention what was your problem when you went for an ultrasound scan of the whole abdomen.
Normally clinicians treat the patient and not the investigation report.

Good morning!
Based on the report, it’s a Case of ureteric stone causing urinary flow obstruction.
Need patients history as well to know the severity of illness he is experiencing.
Ultrasound is only a screening tool.
CT scan gives more details on the exact stone size and location.
For this report, he needs medical therapy to expel the stones ( a trial for 15days) followed by repeat scan
If stone and the obstruction remains the same, needs stone removal through ureteroscopic measures
