So, Today i ate a banana with hot milk and after about 1 hour of eating i got a cramp like pain in my abdomen.
But before when i used to make banana and milk smoothies where milk is naturally at room temperature or cold i did'nt get any stomach ache/cramp like pain.
This pain came and went by.
Quite confused.

Hello there,
Bananas can increase stomach acid when eaten on an empty stomach. Try to avoid eating them first thing in the morning. Try to eat some soaked nuts like almonds, walnuts etc. before eating fruits in the morning. Some fruits contains high pectin which can lead to high stomach acid that can hurt your abdomen or cause acidity.
Health Tips
1.Try to start your day with soaked nuts before eating anything else
2. Choose ripe bananas over unripe or partially riped ones
3. Chew slowly and properly for easy digestion
4. Don't consume so many bananas at once

This can happen for a common reasons -it’s usually isn’t dangerous, but it’s worth understanding
Lactose intolerant/ milk indigestion issues:
Some people can tolerate milk when blended because it’s partially broken down or taken slowly, but plain milk in large amounts can trigger cramps or gas and pain
Drinking milk too quickly or when very cold can cause transient cramps
Prevention:
Try lactose free milk or plant based milk with bananas- if no symptoms-likely lactose related
Always check milk freshness
Eat bananas and milk separately by at least 1-2 hours and see if it triggers symptoms again
Eat slowly and avoid drinking milk on a very empty or very full stomach
