Please concern my request
Please suggest what type of food & diet maintain for patient diabetes from 2016 & peralysis on  2010 fully recovered but bp tablets were using ; from 2018 only 3 times fits (seizure) came ; on 21/ 03/22 because of platelets 73,000 count admitted in hospital after certain blood tests serum creatine is 5.6 and blood urea were 115 resulted; after medication discharged from hospital on 26/03/2022 with serum creatine is 3.3 and without dialysis only discharged; On 11/04/22 creatine:2.4& on 26/04/22 creatine : 2.0 Hameglobin: 8.8; Rbc :3.0 Electrolytes : sodium :134 & potassium:4.1 & chloride: 98 Please advise diet & what type of fluids had take & not to take & fruits , food to control these diesase
