U need less weight loss but as u said tummmy fat.u need good diet for that.u can connect me to lose truncal fat.

Hi,
I understand your concern. If you are really keen and determined to lose belly fat you need to have patience and also shall suggest a customized guidance from any of the dietician nearby or online like us personally.
In this forum you will only get general tips which are good to follow but results varies from individual to individual as all our body types are different and so is our needs. Hence please do the needful at the earliest for your good.
For general guidance avoid any kind of sweets, maida products and deep fried items. Carbonated beverages, any kind of junk food. Have more salads n fruits. Keep yourself hydrated. Follow exercise suited for your body type.

Hi!
You need to understand that no diet or exercise can guarantee a reduction in your tummy or any other specific body part. A good diet combined with exercise will help you lose weight on the whole which will reduce your tummy fat as well. Focus on small frequent meals, avoid junk and processed foods, include plenty of fresh fruits and veggies and keep yourself well hydrated. All the best!
