First of all bad breath is because of your nose and throat problems. We call bad breath in our language as Halitosis. You need to consult your dentist. If you are having any history of nose and throat related diseases you need to work on that..consult ENT specialist for that and for bad breath related problem, you need to clean your tongue everyday after brushing with tongue cleaner. Use any mouthwash containing Chlorhexidine 0.12% or 0.2%. Use 10 ml of mouthwash two times in a day..ince after morning brush and once after your dinner. Clean your tongue properly, because of your nose and throat related problems, tongue coating is there which contains microbes which are responsible for bad breath. Once your nose and throat problems get solved, your bad breath problem also get solved. For now , Use mouthwash like Chlohex , rexidine plus mouthwash any one of that Brush your teeth properly 2 times in a day. Clean your tongue properly with tongue cleaner. Consult your dentist too.
