I have pain in heel and it getting worse day by day. i am assuming thst its plantar fascitis. i have been doing vajra aasan from last 7 years as part of my yoga and when i used to relax from vajra aasan there were tingling senstion in my feet which used to go after aound 15 minutes. i dint notice that time. now i think it may be the cause.

Tingling and pain originate from different sources and different mechanism.
Vajrasana does not cause heel pain.
