Plantar Fasciitis (more than 3months)
I'm suffering from Plantar fasiitis. And day by day it's increasing. Having unbearable pain in heel and side of feet ( in medial longitudinal arch). And being a student u get less time to think abt your health. Please help.

Hi Dr Utsav Agrawal, orthopedic specialist here May i know if you have flat feet, and/or any other medical illness? If your plantar fasciites is long standing, please get an xray of foot, blood investigations (cbc, sr uric acid, esr, crp, thyroid profile)

Better consult me in my clinic. For plantar fasciitis, we need to see how sever it is. Based on that the treatment depends. 1. Ankle pumps Physiotherapy, and analgesics (T. Retoz MR po 1-0-1 for 5days) 2. Steroid injection

First need to diagnose properly whether it is planter fasciitis or any other thing. If it is really planter fasciitis and conservative treatment is not working adequately then regenerative therapy injection 1-2 sittings can help you with good success rate.
