Planning for pregnancy
Hi Dr, 3 weeks back my platelets were dropped to 135*10^3. Dr prescribed medicines and then I recovered from fever. I am planning pregnancy and currently have crossed ovulation stage. I am still experiencing weakness and low immunity. Is it safe to take supradyn if I am planning a pregnancy to boost my immunity? My amh is low. Currently I am taking Ovarisplus and OpasQ10 tablets.
