Pregnancy planning
I'm 28yrs old, had one abortion at 5.5 weeks in June. I am planning for pregnancy in late this year or may be Jan 2027. Please suggest when should I start taking folic acid and other medications to conceive and everything goes well. No smoking/drinking. Working out and trying to be on healthy diet on most days. Please suggest ?

It's great that you're planning ahead. Folic acid is best started a couple of months before you try to conceive, alongside the healthy diet and exercise you're already doing.
Next Steps
Book a preconception checkup closer to your planned month to review your general health and confirm you're ready.
Health Tips
Discuss the right folic acid dose and any other supplements with your doctor rather than starting them yourself.
