Planning for pregnancy
I recently had an early miscarriage. Between 3 to 6 weeks as they couldn't find gestational sac in the scan and it's been 2 weeks since the bleeding stopped. This was my first pregnancy and I'm planning to get pregnant. Doctor advised me to continue taking folic acid... I was taking foligift tablets as per doctors prescription. This time medical shop didn't have foligift so he gave me Meganeuron OD+ and said I can take it during pregnancy also and it's safe. Can I take Meganeuron OD+ when planning for pregnancy? Is it safe? Help!
