Hi I have posterior placenta low lying almost covering my cervix.I m 13 weeks pregnant.Can placenta covering cervix move up.
Also does placenta previa cause placenta accreta.

13 weeks is a small pregnancy. Placenta will be seen moving away from cervix.
In fact it is apparent shift because Uterus grows more than the placenta.
