Placenta previa
Hi I have posterior placenta low lying almost covering my cervix.I m 13 weeks pregnant.Can placenta covering cervix move up. Also does placenta previa cause placenta accreta.

13 weeks is a small pregnancy. Placenta will be seen moving away from cervix. In fact it is apparent shift because Uterus grows more than the placenta.

Yes chance of migration is there… Both are different but if you are a post lscs it is of concern

Yes it does move up with increasing gestational age. Do take precautions though as of now
