Pinched Nerve
I am not able to move my neck. Severe pain on the back side of neck due to pinched nerve. Pain in shoulder as well.

You should consult a physiotherapist. A pain never gives an idea of having a pinches nerve. It can be sue to normal postural cervical pain.
Next Steps
Go to a physiotherapist.. Ultrasonic therapy +IFT +Heating therapy +some strengthening exercises will be helpful.

At home.. Rest +hot water fomentation +pain killer gel +no long sitting /travelling /driving +no cold exposure +no manual exertions +no weight lifting +sit tall.

How do you know it's a pinched nerve. Have you got an MRI done. Typically Pinched nerves give pain radiating to arms. Please be more clear and write in detail. Just see a nearest orthopaedic surgeon before seeing a physiotherapist. Make a diagnosis before jumping to massage part.
