Pinched nerve at Scapula region and numb
I am having a feeling of pinched nerve at my left scapula region sometimes it get converted to mild pain and burning sensation . On raising my hand above head level there is a feeling of numbness in my hand . My MRI report sates that 1- there is straighting of cervical curvature . 2- Mild multilevel osteophytosis is seen 3- multilevel annular disc bulges are seen causing thecal sac identification from C3-C4 and C5-C6 level

Physiotherapy would be helpful in this condition like hot fermentation, muscle strengthing exercise should be done

Check if the pain provokes with neck movements...otherwise looks like muscle spasm of scapular muscles..u must take moist heat with gradual strenthening in physiotherapy
