From your description, there are a few possible reasons: Sedentary lifestyle → weak muscles, tight connective tissues, and poor blood circulation can all create chronic aches. Postural strain → prolonged sitting stresses the spine and nerves (especially in the neck & back), leading to nerve-related pain (tingling, burning, heaviness). Vitamin deficiencies (B12, D, calcium, magnesium) can contribute to nerve and muscle weakness. General deconditioning → without movement, muscles lose strength and endurance, while nerves get “sensitive” to even small stresses. In rare cases, underlying medical issues (like diabetes, thyroid, or neuropathy) can also cause nerve + muscle pain.
Next Steps
As a physiotherapist, I don’t prescribe medicines — but I advise you to consult a physician if pain is persistent. They may recommend: Short-term pain relievers or muscle relaxants Vitamin supplements (especially B12 & D) Blood tests to rule out deficiencies or metabolic causes, But before that visit a Physiotherapist first to get your pain reduced and the exercise planner.
Health Tips
Don’t start intense gym workouts or heavy lifting immediately — it may worsen pain. If you have numbness, weakness, or pain spreading to arms/legs, get checked by a doctor (possible nerve compression). A sedentary lifestyle is the root cause — without consistent activity, no medicine alone will “strengthen” muscles and nerves.

"First of all, you should consult your doctor and clearly explain each and every movement or problem you are feeling. In such conditions, exercise and physiotherapy care are usually the best options rather than other approaches. Lekin treatment start karne se pehle kuch important questions ke answers lena zaruri hota hai—jaise ki problem ka actual cause, expected treatment duration, aur kya aapki preshani completely theek ho sakti hai ya nahi. In sabke baad hi best treatment plan decide kiya jaa sakta hai."

Possible causes: Chronic muscle tension: Prolonged sitting can weaken muscles and lead to tightness, putting pressure on nerves. Nerve irritation: Conditions like sciatica, peripheral neuropathy, or poor posture might contribute, especially with inactivity. Vitamin deficiencies: Low B12 or D can affect nerve health—worth checking with a doctor. Inactivity effects: Lack of movement can reduce blood flow, weakening muscles and sensitizing nerves.
Next Steps
Exercises to start with: Since you’re sedentary, begin slowly and stop if pain increases. Aim for 5-10 minutes daily. Seated leg extensions: Sit, extend one leg straight, hold for 5 seconds, lower. 10 reps per leg. Strengthens quads and improves circulation. Neck tilts: Sit tall, gently tilt your head side to side, holding 5 seconds each. 5 reps. Eases neck muscle tension. Ankle pumps: Move your ankles up and down while seated, 20 reps. Boosts leg blood flow and nerve activity. Cat-cow stretch: If you can get on all fours, alternate arching and rounding your back, 5-10 cycles. Improves spine mobility.
Health Tips
Break every hour with a 1-2 minute stand or stretch. Ensure ergonomic seating if working long hours. Stay hydrated and eat a balanced diet to support muscle and nerve health.

You have to go through some questions then we can come to a conclusion that either it is muscular pain or some neurological (nerve related) pain and then accordingly we will decide your treatment plan which will be more of physical therapy rather than taking medicines..
Next Steps
For now you should modify your life style..

Common Causes of Ongoing Nerve + Muscle Pain 1. Sedentary lifestyle – weak muscles, poor posture, stiff joints, nerve compression. 2. Vitamin deficiencies – esp. Vitamin D, B12, Magnesium → cause muscle cramps, nerve tingling, fatigue. 3. Nerve compression – from spine/neck issues (sciatica, cervical spondylosis). 4. Fibromyalgia / chronic pain syndromes – widespread pain + fatigue + sleep disturbance. 5. Metabolic issues – diabetes, thyroid problems, anemia. 6. Stress & poor sleep – amplify pain signals in the body.
Next Steps
What you should do immediately ⚠️ Because your symptoms are persistent, involve facial tilt, dizziness, and spinal pain, you must consult a neurologist (not just ENT). It’s important to rule out any neurological condition first. Please don’t ignore or self-treat further.
