Gm , since when u hv seen this and did u had pain in d associated tooth in d past ?? Pic is not clear . Seems to be a periapical infection or can be a tooth brush trauma also .so plz be specific for the duration of d lrsion and previous history of pain . U can consult on a chat with specific details .
