Pimple/ Lump (Inner Cheek)
Hi Doctor, I have a pimple/ lump inside my inner cheek (mouth) next to my tooth. It does not hurt + there is no bleeding. Also it is constant in size since the last 4-5 days. I am attaching the image. I am a bit distressed right now as I am unable to visit a doctor and get this checked due to the lockdown. Your help would be greatly appreciated. + I am a smoker and have reduced my consumption.

It is most likely the site where salivary gland duct comes in moth.It might be injured or inflamed due to minor trauma from cusp or some sharp food. Do warm saline rinses 5-6 times daily for a week Apply Hexigel on affected area thrice daily for a week

This is a Stensons duct. It's an opening on the cheek for salivary flow. It is completely normal. No it is not associated with smoking.  Do not apply anything on it. Stop your smoking habit as it is harmful for you in the long term.
