Pimples or bumps on the inner thigh are commonly caused by friction, infected hair follicles, boils, or blocked glands. Meanwhile, keep the area clean and dry, avoid squeezing or picking the bumps, and wear loose cotton clothing. We frequently treat patients with similar complaints, and most improve with timely, appropriate treatment. You can consult online or visit the clinic for a personalized treatment plan.

Hello,
Thank you for your query.
• Based on the information provided, it is difficult to suggest the most appropriate treatment without a proper assessment, as several skin conditions can appear similar.
• Kindly share clear photographs of the affected area in good lighting along with details such as duration of the problem, symptoms, and any treatments used previously.
• I would advise against starting any OTC creams or self-medication, as some products may worsen the condition or delay proper treatment.
• An accurate diagnosis is the first step towards effective and long-lasting results. You may book a consultation for a detailed evaluation and a personalized treatment plan.
I would be happy to guide you further.
This appears to be a folliculitis yet a detail history would be needed as per the onset of the condition and other related factors. You can book an appointment with us for further guidance.
Detailed medical history needs to be assessed before starting you on your personalised treatment
Kindly share a clear picture in good lighting of affected areas
Please do not worry. Effective treatment options are available; however, management depends on the severity and extent of the condition. A detailed medical history is essential for appropriate evaluation and treatment planning.
Kindly schedule an online consultation with a dermatologist for a comprehensive assessment, prescription, and further guidance.”
