While going to washroom anal opening is swelling by one side and feels blood pressure inside it.It is just like a wart.it comes out while sitting on toilet and passing stool.It blocks the anal passage and feels that small wear and tear is caused due to it on swelled wart which results pain during washroom period and after hours.There is no bleeding now. Is surgery is compulsory?
