Swelling in the anal skin edge
My anal edges become harder when I sit for long hours. The MRI scan shows small abscess in the anal canal but i have swelling in the anal edges.

According to your MRI, you most likely have Perianal abscess. The hardness that you are feeling could be because of the inflammation present in the perianal region. The hardness will go away once the inflammation subsides.
Next Steps
Visit your nearest surgeon to get the abscess drained. Take sitz bath 3-4 times daily. Drink atlest 3 liters of water daily. Avoid hot and spicy foods. Include roughage in your diet.
