Anal fissure
I am having anal fissure from april 2022 and it was reduced automatically then from past 1 week again i am facing deep pain and hard stools very much pain 24 hours and cant sit in office for work. Consulted doctor doing sitz bath twice and cremagel applying twice since 3 days but not even 0% heal or relax. Same pain i am facing and feeling like pain has increased. Please suggest me doctors what i should do. Doctor told to use cremagel 2 weeks and consult again. But i am not able to tolerate the bowel moments pain and cant sit. Please doctor help me here. Please suggest fibre rich foods and fruits vegetables clearly mention with names pls it will help for so many lives. Suggest me what wrong i am doing and what i should do.
