Piles/ haemorrhoids/anal pain
I have lot of anal pain since 45 days no bleeding, no itching.
1. Small lump or bean size hard mass near anal opening
2. Some project from anal opening I think it's an source of pain with project till bean size mass. Which makes lot of pain even small depth from anus opening.
First and second pic of problem attaching here. Kindly suggest some medication. I have clear and smooth motion.

They look like extrnal haemorrhoids.
So u can be medically managed at such initial stage.
Take plenty of water and incorporate plenty of fibres in ur diet
Apply anovate ointment two times a day after properly cleaning the area.
I m sure u will be relieved of ur problem soon
