I am suffering from piles issue, I have done Ksharsutra treatment after 3 months I got recovered from that then somtimes I feel pain whenever I go to toilet 3 to 4 times a day but now when I go to toilet it bleeds very much but I don't feel any pain. I have taken Pause 500 to stop the blood but still it bleed.

Preventive measures for piles
Do not strain your muscles while excretion. Avoid sitting in toilet for a.long time.
Do ushapaan ( drink 2 lit (warm/normal) water early morning before sunrise or after waking up.)
Get up early morning, body is tuned for defecation before sunrise. After sunrise the feceas becomes dry and harder to pass.
Try kawachalasana after drinking water in the morning.
Use triphala every night before bed. It is a non additive, mild laxative , without any side effects. Ayurvedic text Charak samhita recommends that it should be used everyday.
Avoid eating viruddhaahara like milk with fish, honey and ghee etc together.
Avoid red meat at all cost. Avoid paying (mutton)
Avoid jaggery, til, urad dal, sugarcane juice, arbi vegetable, any kind of dried vegetables, garlic, chenna sweets, paneer, half formed curd
Avoid sleeping in the day time.
Also, some piles can be yapya, which means that they are likely to have relapses. Therefore it is extremely important to follow the preventive measures.
Also, you can massage the piles with ghee and use hot fomentation of paste of dried radish. This helps to prevent relapses and complications.
Use buttermilk everyday during the daytime.
Most important thing - do not eat without hunger. Don't overeat and avoid eating grains after sunset.
