Piles from last 1 year
I m suffering from blood piles from last 1 year and it cause pain to.
May i know the cure or any medical treatment for this because it is returning back again with constipation.
Everyone is advising to avoid spices, drink lot water, eat fibrr, is there any proper cure or medcine?

Most likely you are suffering from Anal Fissure. You should take Sitz bath ( Hot water tub bath) followed by application of Sushruta ointment and Lekhan Powder in the anal region 2-4 times daily. Put 5ml of Sushruta oil in anal region in the night. For easy evacuation of bowel; you should take 1 tea spoon of Sushruta Churna with warm water in the night.
