Pet cat scratch — tetanus injection
Hello Doctor, 34M from Angul. My vaccinated indoor pet cat scratched my hand on 19 June night. Minor bleeding/scab formed, and the hand may have touched a dusty wall. I got rabies booster at DHH (Govt. Hospital) Angul on 20 June. I had completed 5 rabies vaccine doses in Oct–Nov 2025, so they advised only 2 boosters and no RIG.
For tetanus: I took it from DHH Angul around 10 March 2026, and also in Sept 2025.
Do I need any additional tetanus injection right now?
