I am having moderate calf pain continuously throughout the day which becomes more prominent at night, every day since a month now. Is it because engage in high intensity full body exercise regularly since 4 months?

Calf pain is due to them feeling overworked especially your exercises. Also take into account the time spent standing or walking plus repetitive sit to stand. All of them in totality leads to loads on muscles.
