Don't worry              Teeth start falling after 6yrs of age.Now there is no specific time for falling of teeth. It varies from child to child.Teeth will start erupting from 6 yrs to 17yrs.You will notice some swelling in her gums or you will notice some crowding of teeth.He/she will complain of pain or he or she will bite hard objects. All these proof that permanent teeth are coming. In some child also eruption of teeth is delayed due to Calcium deficiency or Vitamin D3 deficiency. For this I will suggest you to consult with a pediatric patient.
Next Steps
Go for OPG.The picture will be clear for you and you will be satisfied.
Health Tips
Now have patience and be at home. After lockdown do visit your nearby dentist

Totally depends on which teeth. wait for another 6 months if front lower centre teeth are of concern. Other teeth eruption age even later. Nothing to worry about at all If not, Visit dentist. Eruption buldge is or not has to be checked. If not, Xray has to be taken.
Health Tips
ask her to chew hard nutritious food, raw chana, ground nut etc.
