Permanent teeth growth
My kid is 7yrs old, her first tooth fell down last year it's been almost a year, but till now her permanent teeth didn't grow or errupt, it's in the top second teeth, am very much worried on this can u pls guide me on this

Hello! Firstly, there's no need to panic on this issue. There's a phenomenon called delayed eruption which has multiple factors. Get in touch with a Pedodontist. Clinical and radio graphic examination will help in planning the required treatment or suggestion

The deciduous central incisor and lateral incisor usually gets replaced by permanent teeth in 6 -7 years.If it has not been erupted after 1 years of shedding of deciduous incisor then you must go for IOPA or OPG X-ray to confirm whether permanent teeth are coming or not.
