Periods spotting
I have been advised to take loette tablet for spotting issue and to regularize my periods. I am experiencing abdominal pain while taking this medicine. Pls advise.

You should do a scan for pelvis and understand why there is spotting. The reason for pain is not this tablet. Also better to rule out urine infection and vaginal infection as well.
