I want to know the reason as I m facing missed periods I took abortion pill 5 month ago but now I am facing missed periods from last two months and I want reason regarding all these reasons

Get a urine pregnancy test and other hormone profiles like thyroid and prolactin . Of all report are normal get a USG . Sometime the lining of uterus gets infected after abortion and gets damaged .. need USG pelvis
