Hello,
Noting you complaints, it indicates Abnormal Uterine Bleeding(AUB)/ Heavy Menstrual Bleeding(HMB).

Health Tips
-Also because you have a history of iron defeciency anemia and you are even on Iron, Vitamin B12 and Folic acid supplementation, make sure you go for a consultation as soon a possible,
as the duration of bleeding has nearly two weeks, it can significantly lower your hemoglobin.
- Note for any alarming symptoms like fainting, severe fatigue, difficulty in performing daily activities, palpitations/ increased heart beat, fainting episodes, breathlessness, decreased urination, swelling in feet.
For the same do visit a Gynecologist immediately.
