Hi does peanut butter and dal like masoor dal moong dal increses eastrogen in body?i am building muscle and i need my testosterone at hood levels for muscle mass and i dont want to eat any bad foods so can you please suggest a lot of fitness experts advice to take peanut butter so please if you can help and in my house dal is a staple thing so please let me know thank you

Hi! These foods are safe and have good quality protein , which will help you with your muscle gain. Most often, estrogen levels in males do not get affected drastically by food consumption, unless you have a known medical condition of hormonal imbalance. Take 3 litres of water daily, add cruciferous vegetables in your diet and soya products like soya chunks, soya milk - these will improve protein status , improve testosterone and cut down estrogen levels in your body.
