Hi!
These foods are safe and have good quality protein , which will help you with your muscle gain. Most often, estrogen levels in males do not get affected drastically by food consumption, unless you have a known medical condition of hormonal imbalance.
Take 3 litres of water daily, add cruciferous vegetables in your diet and soya products like soya chunks, soya milk - these will improve protein status , improve testosterone and cut down estrogen levels in your body.
A detailed assessment is necessary to provide a suitable diet plan for effective muscle gain.
