PCOS with anteverted uterus
Hi my uterus anteverted, and I have PCOS,trying for pregnancy from one year. Started ovulation induction with letrozol 5mg for 5 days (from day2) on day 8th and 9th took HMG inj. On 10th day follicular size is 25mm(only one follicle present ) left side of ovary and no eggs on right side, doc was not sure whether it is cyst or egg. Day 10 have administered HCG injection How may I get to know whether it's cyst or egg

If the Follicle has ruptured then there is no way you can be sure what it was (unless you become pregnant in this cycle).

You can repeat an ultrasound following the injection to see if the follicle has ruptured or not if it has ruptured it is an egg if not it is cyst
