Hi, PCOS is problem of hormonal imbalance, which can be rectified by following lifestyle modification and for that one to one discussion is required for more details. You should follow a balanced diet which contains good quality protein, complex carbohydrates, fresh fruits and vegetables. Avoid junk and fast food and drink 3 litre water per day. You should do different kinds of exercises which will help to improve metabolism.
