PCOS and pregnancy planning
Hi,
Please suggest.
I have regular periods but my period lasts only for 2 days, for the 3rd day it's just 1-2 spots.
I am 32 years old and planning to have a baby, will it affect my pregnancy planning. 1.Can I conceive during PCOS
2.Can Pocs be reversed.

For PCOS - are you taking any medication?

Start taking a folic acid tablet, check your haemoglobin and vitamin D levels and then try to conceive .Even with PCUD 30 to 40% patients can conceive without treatment. If still, you are having difficulty in conceiving, then you need to take a proper treatment and about reversal, it is rare, but yes, it can be reversed.
