Duphaston is progesterone to support early pregnancy. It should started on day of ovulation till UPT test. As you loses 2 pregnancy you should be investigated properly to identify cause of recurrant pregnancy loss, so kindly consult near by infertility specialist for further treatment. Do not use any medicine without consulting doctor. All the Best.
