PCOD- can I have lactose free milk?
I have PCOD for which I have pimples all over my jawline. My dermatologist  suggested to avoid milk. However, can I have the lactose free milk of amul?? Please suggest, thanking you in Advance!

It is not related to milk and dairy products you can definitely take care. But if your precautionary and want to take a milk lactose free milk you can take it is no issues

Hi It is advised by many people to stop milk , but no rationale , only that bcoz of fat content , if u stop milk,  it myt help in weight loss . U cn take almond milk , soy milk , oat milk
