I am 26 yrs old. Suffering from pcod and irregular periods. After my baby is born in july 15. My weight has increaaed to 74 kg which was prepregnanacy at 56 kg. I do daily norning walk for 45 mins but i am unable to lose weight. Please suggest me a healthy diet plab to lose weight without weakness
