Pcod advise
Can pcod be treated without medication? as i dont wanna indulge in contraceptives and other medication. I am acceptable to lifestyle change with excercise and diet.
Is it possible? as i have followed every gynae with these type of medication and end up leaving midway with no results and added complication.
Suggestion please?
i am already following diet and excercise regime, will it be effective with pcod?
