Pcl ligament stretched
Diagnosed with a pcl ligament hat is 50% stretched but not torn. Orthopedic mentioned it could heal since stretched ligaments heal while torn ligaments need surgery. Adviced rest with a knee brace for 4 weeks. 1. Will knee be back to 100% of what it was pre injury? No other injuries noticed 2. There is slight fluid collection noted in the knee with mild swelling. He has given anti inflammatory medication. 3. What precautions should i take during the next few weeks w.r.t how I walk, sit, etc He has not suggested any ice pack, etc

Yes , it will by itself You can use ice packs if there is swelling and start Physio with quadriceps static and then dynamic strengthening exercises Use brace while walking and use your well leg to get up while in sitting position
