I do running and play football n cricket. Is surgery require for my partial ACL tear ?? Or physiotherapist session can help in healing without surgery ?
MRI reports says :
1. Partial tear at the femoral attachment of ACL
2. Intrasubstance changes in the posterior hom of medial meniscus
3. Bone contusion in the medial and the lateral tribial condyles
4. Mild joint effusion. Injury in the insertion of popliteus muscle

Par for partial AC l injury usually a conservative trial should be given for at least 6 weeks and periodically it should be clinically assessed if there is significant laxity then it can be decided to go for arthroscopic ACL reconstruction
