Paranoid personality problem
Hello Doctor my husband is suffering from paranoid personality problem, he don't trust anybody and suspicious of people that they are trying to harm him, we went to a psychiatrist he recommended olanzapine 5 mg and after 1 month he increased the dose to 10 mg but he couldn't take it because of too much sleep he was having in the day in office then doctor changed the medicine to sizodon ls 2 mg and nexito 5 mg along with olanzapine 5 mg but it is creating anxiety problem and he is not able to concentrate in his work plz suggest what to do.

Dear client Your husband might be feeling jittery due to those medicines. You can discuss will your psychiatrist about giving something to counter that. Also other medications like Lurasidone  ,Qutiapine ,amisulpride can be tried.
Next Steps
2mg risperidone seems inadequate for 88kg male.
