Hello Mr.
Good evening.
I am curious to know some more examples of ur
paranoia. I believe ur concern for ur safety and
protection can be spontaneous .It depends
upon ur surrounding situation. But undoubtedly
you have invested ur mind for so long.
It's clearly mentioned by you ,that these
thoughts are haunting you.
Now, I wud like to share some basic information
regarding ur situation. There are two basic type
of thoughts in form of :
1. Idea
2. Believe
Idea : Any thought that is transient , not fixed,
easily contradicted and not certain is considered
as IDEA.
Believe : Any thought that is fixed, static, not
easily contradicted with extraordinary
conviction is considered as Believe.
In ur case these two things has to questioned .
If ur " idea or believe "has affected ur Mood ,
emotions, behaviour ,sleep, appetite,
concentration ,joyness , personality and day to
day life activity, then it is not normal and is
considered an illness.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist or Neuropsychiatrist of ur
choice and discuss in detail about ur, mood
thought, emotions,behaviour ,fears ,suspicious
ness. Allow Psychiatrist to assess ur
PERSONALITY , Psychosocial stressors, family
dynamics, personal and marital life.
If any condition that is considered to be
abnormal is evident ,plan a management in form
of therapy or Medicines or both that
suit ur lifestyle.
