You need to consult your psychiatrist soon. You seem to be having schizophrenia along with some depression as per your prescription. In either case it will be wise to consult the psychiatrist before stopping medications or making any changes in the treatment

Since your symptoms have started after stopping medication, you need to consult a psychiatrist who will evaluate you in detail & accordingly prescribe the required medication which may be the same as before or a different one depending upon the symptoms.
Medication for your diagnosis need to be continued for longer time & as advised by the psychiatrist to prevent it from recurring.
Since you have given your diagnosis as schizophrenia my advice is never stop medicines before discussing with your doctor. You have been maintaining well with minimal medications. Hence you should settle soon with drugs.
