Para ovarian cyst and small follicles
There is para ovarian cyst on left side ovary and small follicles on right side ovary. I am attaching the USG report . kindly tell if there is anything serious. Tsh is 8.6

The size of the cyst is big U need  detailed investigations to understand the nature of the cyst Thyroid levels are raised need medication

It is a fairly common report. You should get a repeat sonography done after the periods. The cyst may disappear.  Get your FSH, LH and PRL level done. If you are married you should plan a treatment with a view to facilitate conception. Your TSH is high. Please consult a General Physician for Thyroid hormone supplements.

Get a MRI pelvis done to confirm for the nature of cyst. Tsh is raised for which medicine need to be started

The cyst is above 5 cm .pls repeat usg after 3 months .If it persists or the size increases then will recquire removal
