Pancreatic cancer
He is diagnosed with stage iv pancreatic cancer and currently chemotherapy is going on. He is having severe stomach pain. Is there any better treatment available?

For stage 4 pancreatic cancer chemotherapy is the treatment of choice , but if the pain is still persisting even after chemotherapy then u need discuss with your treating doctor for two things .. 1. Is chemotherapy working - for this go for repeat scans 2. Management of pain - celiac axis block is one option apart from opioids and analgesics.

Chemotherapy is the standard of care for pancreatic cancer. The pain may be due to the disease itself or involvement of liver capsule. Can you kindly share the scan reports and chemotherapy details?
