I take Nock 2(Nimesulide 100mg+paracetamol 325mg) only once in a month, if my headache is uncomfortable. Is it safe to use only once in a month? I am worried that it may cause serious liver or kidney damage, although I have not observed any side effects so far other than acidity after taking Nock 2.

Good thing you don't read about the food that you have everyday.
Even the food is so contaminated with heavy metals that it can damage our kidney and liver.
In any case you are taking Nimesulide only once a month.

Once in a month is completely fine. But headache needs evaluation. It could be just because of stress , or maybe because of some disease in brain , sinuses, eyes or any other organs. Kindly consult me for better help.
