Nimuslide has adverse effects on liver and kidneys with long term use.If you have experienced itching while using it ,you should discontinue the medicine.
As far as your headache is concerned , consult with a general physician in your area to determine the cause of the headache.

Hi dear
Nimesulide is not given for headache specifically.
So take plain paracetamol next time if u headache
Also if u are getting headache 6-7 times a month it is first better to find out a cause for it rather than just taking medicine everytime
