Fever, headache, full body pain

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Hello Sir, I am from India, right now I am in kazakhstan for at least one year. This is the first time I got ill, I have fever, headache, pain in full body. I took nimesulide and paracetamol tablet and slept for one hour. I am feeling little better but I have fear that I will get fever again. What should I do please help.
