Hi mam....      Pain in your gums may due to poor oral hygiene and the white stonish mass is the hard deposits on your teeth that needs to be cleaned(scaling) by dentists...    Sensitivity may also due to    **Decaying  of teeth that reaches inner layer of your teeth     **Sometimes the hard deposits in your teeth may cause gum recession which also leads to sensitivity of the teeth If the sensitivity is due to hard deposits, scaling (cleaning) will solve the problem.. If the sensitivity is due to decaying, then simple filling has to be done with tooth coloured material You need to take X_ray(IOPA) of sensitive teeth region done....
Next Steps
kindly visit nearby dentist for furthur consultation and scaling(cleaning) of your teeth done....
Health Tips
**Visit dentist for every 6 months for regular check up and scaling(cleaning)   **Do mouthwash gargling twice daily regularly

You require scaling and polishing ( cleaning) of teeth to remove plaque and tartar. Consult a dentist to do the needful. After that continue brushing twice a day and use a good mouthwash
