Locally apply, CNBC/ Mugel, keep it applied for 3-4 minutes, do not touch with tongue,5-6 times/day,do not swallow the saliva aND spit out. Rinse mouth thoroughly followed by that. Do not hot compress,  apply ointment or balm extraorally.

Hi... Wisdom tooth (3rd molar) is erupting. As gingiva (gums) is still present over the tooth, it leads to deposition of food debris in tha gap between tooth and gums, leading to infection and pain. Adv. 1. Warm saline rinses - 3 to 5 times per day for 10 days. 2. Brush twice daily. Rx (assuming no allergies or medications being taken) 1. Chlorhexidine mouthwash- 1:1 (equal quantities of medicine and water), rinse  thrice daily for 10 days. 2. T. Ofron OZ (ornidazole and ofloxacin combination) twice daily for 5 days. 3. T. Zerodol SP - S.o.s (as and when required- for pain) 4. T. Flexon MR - s.o.s (as and when required- for mouth opening difficulty)
Next Steps
OPG - to see the angulation of 3rd molar. (as it can sometimes damage next tooth also, due to caries)
Health Tips
3rd molar usually takes long time to erupt. If this problem arises in future, repeat rinses first. (warm saline and chlorhexidine mouthwash)

It looks like your last molar is erupting due to which gums have swollen a bit. It's a case of pericoronitis. Take Tab. Zerodol sp (1-0-1) ×3days. Morning and night after food. Gargle thrice daily with chlorhexidine mouth wash. Mix with water in 1:1 ratio. You would also need a antibiotic course. For which we need more details. Kindly contact me in chat box.
Next Steps
visit your nearby dentist and get an x ray done. This will help in proper diagnosis and will help in next treatment plan.

It is an ulcer. It happened because your wisdom tooth has not erupted in a proper position so gum is grown over it. This condition is called as pericoronitis. Visit dentist as early as possible and get your wisdom tooth removed. The treatment will be confirmed only after taking an x ray. Considering no allergies to any medication use the following medication for pain Tab ornidazole 500mg 1-0-1×5days after food Tab hifenac P 1-1-1× 5days after food Tab panD 1-0-0× 5days before food Rexidine M forte  gel 1-1-1x 7 days Use the gel every time before meal so that pain will be reduced you can have food. After taking food apply gel again and dont eat r drink for 1hour.
Next Steps
1. visit dentist as early as possible 2. do warm salt water gargling 5 to 6 times a day. 3. medication is only for temporary pain relief for permanent solution visit a dentist. 4. Donot use medication for more than 5 days if pain doesnot subside or increases visit a dentist. 5. if found any allergic symptoms stop the medication and visit a doctor.
